This is the GREEN pcb that does NOT have any FIFOs or FPGAs
on it.  Note: the "zero delay" clock buffer originally
chosen for this board was a spread spectrum part.  This is 
a BAD THING because the clock jitter made the GLINK
transmitters barf.
