Power-One DC-DC Converter QD48T015033 +3.3V @ 15A +1.5V @15A. The converter was supplied with 46V from a linear power supply. No filter caps were used on the input or the output.

+3.3V output as the load current changes from .25A to 6A at 250mA/ usec. No capacitors or other filtering was used on the input or the output. The dynamic load unit was connected to the supply via 1m 12awg wires which are contributing to the inductance.
The antenna here is a 1cm diameter single-turn loop connected to a piece of BNC cable which connects back to the scope. No filtering was used on the converter inputs or outputs. No signal was detected when copper foil (or a PCB with solid planes) was placed between the converter and the antenna. Distances of 1cm, 2cm, and 5cm. Converter tested under full (static) load.
