Only one BOM is shown here, there are many different
stuffing arrangements with different FPGAs and voltage
regulators.

Shelf life kinda sucks, in 2005 these boards were remade
with filled vias, better plating and tougher soldermask.

NOTE: JTAG TDI/TDO chain must be connected manually if a
chip is not installed.  

BEST developed temp profile for these boards, use it for
reflow!

Corelis JTAG tester was used to verify connections BEFORE
the daughterboard was bolted onto the mobo.
