note: empty cells will contain zeros
V = set to indicate valid track data in bits[14:0]
T = Set to indicate a tight match to a CPS cluster*
C = track curvature
PT = Track PT bin ("00" = Max, "01" = High, "10" = Medium, "11" = Low)
PT Ext = Extended PT information
Phi = The relative address (within a sector) of the track H layer doublet, range 1-44
ISO = set to indicate that there is only one track in the sector and it is an isolated track*
* DFEA2 only; the DFEA forces these bits to zero.
This record contains the six highest PT tracks found in the sector. The tracks are sorted by PT in descending order. If fewer than six tracks are present the tracks will be moved up to the beginning of the record and remaining frames will be padded with zeros. The vertical parity bits are always in frame 7. The track sorting algorithm is not perfect and may occasionally result in the loss of a track -- refer to the DFEA TDR for details.
