Field Definitions

note: empty or dark gray cells will contain zeros

N = Set to indicate the North end cap

Wedge = The wedge number, range 0-15 (see General Information, below)

Tick = the bunch cross number, 1-159

Turn = the accelerator rotation number, 1-65535

#PSC U NO MIP = Number of U layer clusters with no MIP association

#PSC U MIP = Number of U layer clusters with MIP association

#PSC V NO MIP = Number of V layer clusters with no MIP association

#PSC V MIP = Number of V layer clusters with MIP association

Vertical Parity = Vertical parity calculated over frames 1-6

General Information

The counts contained in this record are the same counts used in the DFEF's L1 output to the FPSS. The DFEF board will assert the SLDB control signal transmit enable (XE) starting with bunch crossing 7 and continuing through bunch crossing 148. The SLDB TX daughterboard handles the parity calculation, not the DFEF firmware.

Note: wedges are numbered 1-16, but to save a bit they're identified as 0-15 ("0000"-"1111").
