Field Definitions

note: empty cells or cells marked 'reserved' will contain zeros

BOR = beginning of record, "111"

HP = Horizontal Parity bit

PM = Pass-and-Mark, not supported, "00"

STOV = The sextant number, range 0-5

#OBJ VP = Vertical Parity bits for the #OBJ field

#OBJ = The number of Track Objects contained in this record, range 0-24

#OBJ HP = Horizontal Parity bits for the #OBJ field

Data Type = L2STT = "001010"

Rec Type = L2 record, "000"

Turn = The accelerator turn (revolution) number

Tick = The accelerator bunch crossing number

Track Object = Up to 24 track objects are listed and sorted by PT in descending order.
Each track object is 24 bits, defined as:

  [23:20] The relative address of the CPS cluster center, range 0-15

  [19] Duplicate track bit. Set to indicate that the STOV is sending this track
          downstream to BOTH neighbouring STSX boards.

  [18:16] The relative address of the trigger sector where the track was found. Since each STOV board
          sees six trigger sectors normal values for this field are 0-5. If this field is "111" the
          downstream STSX board should IGNORE the track object. Consult the STOV/STSX TDR for details.

  [15] Set to indicate that this track matched to a CPS cluster
  [14] Loose CPS cluster association is not supported, "0"
  [13]    Track curvature
  [12:11] Track PT bin ("00" = Max, "01" = High, "10" = Medium, "11" = Low)
  [10:8]  Extended PT information
  [7] R. Set to indicate that the track matched to a cluster outside the home sector
  [6:1] Phi. The relative address (within a sector) of the track H layer doublet, range 1-44
  [0] ISO. Set to indicate an isolated track
