MDT PLANE EFFICIENCY IN TRACKING.

A problem that required an attention was the relatively low track-
segment percentage in the MDT in the analyzed Run#124640 
(the report presented on 18 July).
It was suggested that there is a problem in the timing of the trigger
system.

Really there was "a problem in the trigger system", -
Run#124640 had no trigger related to the MDT(!)

The Run#125219 (trigg: "global_L1CalMuon-1.1" )
was re-analyzed by the same way and data looks optimistically.

These results demonstrate a success in the triggering.
It would be also well to have a separate (background) MDT trigger
for an understanding how to use the MDT in a maximum.
