Introduction

This document is the report prepared for the January 19-21, 1996 PAC meeting. Three presentations were made by Mont on (1) the status of the upgrade, (2) staging plans given the laboratory funding profile, and (3) the request for additional funds for the Forward Preshower, Muon System, and Level 2 Trigger. The costs presented were preliminary and will be firmed up for the April 16-17 Director's Review of costs and schedules.
