Some questions about the 1% test point measurements. New boards have been made. Next pair of boxes being constructed and tested. We still need seven more. The ICD "samples" 8 of 12 crates and 64 of 144 ADC cards. Good exercise of calorimeter timing and gain.

Five PMTs failed during testing or installation. We have less than 30 spare Hamamatsu PMTs. Grooves may have been drilled at the end of the run, or fibers may be glazed or kinked. ==>We have spare tile module ready. Also need to install 1/2 tile. Need to take triple digitized data BEFORE October shutdown, with high statistics to populate each sub-tile (100K?). First, we need to study the noise in the ICD electronics. Are the pedestal runs sufficient? Should thresholds be uniform? Look at LARGE samples of zero-bias and min-bias data.
