Databases for the D0 SMT
NIKHEF physicists cooperate in some aspect of the following databases:
The hardware database
aka. online database or electronics database
This database contains information on hor the different components of the D0 silicon data acquisistion are connected. This information is used when unpacking the SMT data and when downloading new parameters into the downloadeable SVX2e chips of the SMT.
The Hardware database documentation can be found at http://www-d0.fnal.gov/nikhef/smt_databases/hardware_database
The Calibration database
aka. offline database
This database contains information from SMT calibration runs. For data-retrieval the smt_ped_tools toolkit can be used.
More documentation can be found here: http://www-d0.fnal.gov/nikhef/smt_databases/SMT_pedestal_gui/
