GEN_TO_VMS - converts FATMEN Generic filenames to VMS filenames
The Production Database file utilities return information (either FATMEN or
PDB) about lists of files. They can also generate information based on
specific input parameters.
When the Production Database is setup, the following file utilities are
available:
