Framework by Streams

This header page documents how D0 might design the Run 2 framework using the streams model favored by CLEO.

In recent framework meetings I've sensed the following:

• Uncomfortable with python running the framework at a high level
• The Run 1 framework wasn't flexible enough.
• Dislike of another event like object (the Frame object that CLEO has).

I'm not confident this addresses all the various concerns, but it is a possible start.
