SMT digitization
- SMT digitization is currently in (as part od D0sim): smtdigi , by A. Solomin and L. Shabalina
- The SMT digitization is part of the general D0 detector digitization, D0Sim (doc) , which uses D0gstar output as input and does digitization for each detector, pileup (overlapping minbias events) and raw data simulation.
- The smt_real2mc package converts digi chunks into simulated hit chunks (by A. Koubarovski). This is used by D0Raw2Sim to produce minbias from real data for merging with MC events in D0sim (raw data chunks and MC digi chunks are all converted into generated hit chunks and merged)
- Summary of recent modifications (10/9/00) to the SMT software readout and geometry
SMT in PMCS
There is no implementation of a toy SMT detector in PMCS at the moment
