Dear Colleagues: A year and a day ago, the CFT+PS became fully instrumented: See the post made by George Ginther to D0News: http://www-d0.fnal.gov/cgi-bin/d0news?read__GENERAL__11235 A year and a day later, we had our best day of data taking (so far) in Run IIa: 94.0%. Recorded/Delivered = 1181.78/1257.63 during 20.3 hours of store. The L1/L2/L3 rates from Store 2441 will give you a better perspective of our performance: http://www-d0.fnal.gov/runcoor/rate_plots/2400/store_2441.jpg Only 19 days into this month, and we have recorded more luminosity than in the entire months of April, May, June and July of 2002. In the past year plus day the Tevatron delivered 164.7 pb-1, we recorded 112.8 pb-1, and 108.3 pb-1 was with the complete detector in the readout. The average (108.3/164.7) over that period is 65.7%. However, over the past month, our average is much higher ~85%. I updated some plots. D0 Run II Luminosity Operations Summary Table (Oct 2000 - Present): http://www-d0online.fnal.gov/www/groups/lum/reports/RunII.html D0 Data Taking Monthly Summary (19 April 2002 - 19 April 2003): http://www-d0.fnal.gov/runcoor/RUN/save/2003-04-19_d0_monthly_data_taking_summary-01.jpg D0 Data Taking Monthly Efficiency (19 April 2002 - 19 April 2003): http://www-d0.fnal.gov/runcoor/RUN/save/2003-04-19_d0_monthly_data_taking_efficiency-01.jpg D0 Physics Data Taking w/Full Detector (19 April 2002 - 19 April 2003): http://www-d0.fnal.gov/runcoor/RUN/save/2003-04-19_physics_full_detector-01.jpg In the bar plot above, I determined the corrections to the normalizable recorded luminosity for two cases: a) Non-Physics Special Runs (to determine All Physics) b) Physics Runs without a complete detector (to determine Full Detector). D0 Integrated Luminosity (19 April 2002 - 19 April 2003): http://www-d0.fnal.gov/runcoor/RUN/save/2003-04-19_d0_integrated_luminosity-winter_conference-01.jpg On the integrated lumi plot, I use the corrected recorded Physics Luminosity with Full Detector. Finally, all of the above pages can be found linked from the D0 Run IIa Operations web page, including updated plots as I make them: http://www-d0.fnal.gov/runcoor/ Congratulations DZero! Alan
