  - ICR effect: 
    . use 200 MeV smearing on precision readout
    . big effect in eff/bgrd for 30 GeV jets at eff=90%
    . but dependent on physics: smaller for ZH (more central)
    . change jet threshold in ICR region (lower by ~0.8) ==> some
      improvement
  - tt --> jets
    . eff/bgrd curves relatively indep of sizes of RoIs
    . much superior to TT-based trigger
  - Jet multiplicity in tt --> jets & QCD
    . again ~indep of RoI size
