Meena As we discussed here is a Run II Trigger menu and the simulated rates. The results are quite clear, at high luminosinty the L2STT will be required to support the WH, b-bbar, and the many-jet top triggers. These three triggers are representative triggers from your note, John Hobb's note, and Frederic's note. THe Ztobbar trigger has a slightely higher L1 jet threshold. This was required for the rate to fit in the bandwidth limitations. This is our first pass (Bornali did most of the work) and we'd like to study the results for a few days. You should note that we mocked the L1FPS, L2FPS, and L2Muon using rejection rates from PGrannis and MFortner. This was done with a simple prescale device. Also we have changed our method of calculating the rate. The summation we had before was OK in the limiting cases but incorrect at middle luminosities. These rates have a proper dependence on Luminosity now. As I said we will continue to look at the code and results but wanted to give you a fair start. The next messages will contain the ntuple fortran, the rate calculation fortran, and the two required kumacs. By the way just look at niuhep::[blazey.upgrade.simulations.1998pac] for all the code. I expect you will have questions and find problems so please let me know! We are within L1 rates for highpt+STT. But we fail to meet the L2 rates for highpt+STT triggers above 100x10E30 cm-2s-1. This is where a factor of 2-4 from the STT will be crucial. Also notice how much we benefit from 132 nsec crossings!
