Here are the files that I used to create the
slides. 

The most of the text is in the file

STT.PS.

This file has 5 pages created by Powerpoint. The page numbers are not
given by ghostview because I had to "fix" the postscript file
in order to get ghopstview to display the file at all. You have to
use the "next page" selector under the page button to get to the
next page.

The following files are figure files in the order given in the talk.

Of course all of the stuff that I wrote on the transparencies with pen is not
