D0 Software Education

Along with the hardware upgrade for Run II, the development of a new D0 analysis computing system is underway. We are currently considering what languages we will write code in (FORTRAN, C, C++) and what utility we will use for storing and manipulating event data. A group has been formed, with a charge to initiate a program of education of the D0 Memebership to facilitate and accelerate the transition to modern era computing.
