Abstract:

 We present experimental data on multijet production in the low E_T
 region. The QCD calculation in the parton shower approximation (the
 PYTHIA simulation) and in the next-to-leading approximation (the
 JETRAD program) show strong discrepancy with the data on the three
 and four-jet production.  Analyzing angular and transverse momenta
 distributions, this disagreement is shown to be consistent with the
 radiation of jet-"spectators" in the initial shower, which are not
 connected with the hard scattering and with the multiple final state
 jet radiation.
