Report for the month of September 1998

Muon base geometry for PDTs and MDTs have been debugged with a muon event
display by our NIKHEF collaborators Onne Peters and Kors Bos.  The base and
channel geometry for PDTs and MDTs are being debugged and tested with MuReco
(Nemat, Daria and others).   The WAMUS A-phi scinitllators and the FAMUS pixels
are in the Muon Geometry now and will be soon debugged and tested with the 
help of the muon event display.

We have also updated some code in simpp to map directly from GEANT addressing 
scheme to our MuoIndex scheme.

Our September milestone item was to provide packages to pack and unpack
raw data.  The coding has been completed and is being tested.   Taka has 
implemented conversion from Monte Carlo digitized data to unpacked raw data
format and vice versa.  Sorting and ordering of Monte Carlo hits in 
electronic crate structure hasn't been implemented yet.  

We have provided for some histogramming to compare the input and reconstructed
hit information using the Analyze package.
