Muon Software Mini-Workshop, May 11-13, 1999

    The workshop will last three days, Tuesday through Thursday. We
expect to spend most of the time working in small groups. The meeting
schedule is as follows:

1. Completing the suite of code for:  MC -> Unpacked Data -> Processed 
   Hits with hit merging, either via Digitized Data or directly.

5. Making a skeleton L3TMuonTool and running it on single muons:
    - using UnpDataChunk
    - faking a L2 seed
    - defining interface to L3TMulocalTool, L3TTrackTool and L3MTC
    - making code stub for L3TMulocalTool:
        (a) just getting wire data in the seed road and converting 
	    them to space points; timing studies for use of MuoIndex 
	    and geometry methods.
        (b) if (a) successful, proceed with fitting segments and 
	    local track.
