The instructions are very similar to what I sent.  I ran on cab...so
if you have done that before it should be easy...if you've never run on
cab you'll need to do some setups once.  I can point you to a webpage
if you want.  Basically I did:

setup D0RunII p14.06.00
setup d0tools
cd /home/dalton/bighouse/
newrel -t p14.06.00 empty
cd empty
runreco -format=data -defname=bh220104 -nofpe -cabsrv1 -scratch=/home/dalton/bighouse/ -cabtar=bruce.tar -jobs=8
