                               $95.00 After November 25, 1996
                               (Registration fee includes the following:
                                continental breakfasts, afternoon
                                refreshments and a workshop dinner on
                                Tuesday night.)
 
        Please make checks payable to Michigan State University.  If you
        pay your registration fee by November 25th the fee is $75.00, but
        if you don't pay the registration fee by November 25th the fee
        is $95.00.
 
        MSU Kellogg Center     $61.00 Per night/single occupancy

                               15 to 20 minute walk to the Physics Building.
 
        Marriott Hotel         $70.00 Per night/single occupancy

                               5 to 10 minute walk to the Physics Building.
                               The Marriott used to be called the Holiday
                               Inn; this is the hotel where people stayed
                               at for the earlier CTEQ workshops.  There is
                               a pool and a fitness center here.
 
        To see where these two hotels are located, you can look them up on

        campus map once you are in this address.)  The Kellogg Center is
        located at C5 on the map, the Physics Department is located at C16,
        and the Marriott is located in the A13 area(just North of Grand
        River.)
 
        You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.
        When making your reservation at either the MSU Kellogg Center
        or the Marriott let them know that you are with the D0 QCD
        Workshop.
