     Notes: Submitted to the Manuscript Club of Boston by Gram's friend
            Katherine Saunders. Gram was a member until the Boston-
            Georgetown bus was discontinued.  A tanka is counted in 
            syllables of 5,7,5 (like a haiku) and has two additional
            lines of 7 syllables.
