FNAL and D0 software on the UTA farm

We install the default products on the FNAL Linux distribution. We also install the base for D0RunII with the following releases.

The event generator and GEANT-based detector simulator (d0gstar) are from version preco03.01 of the D0 software.

Detector response is simulated using d0sim taken from psim01.01. We are about to upgrade to psim01.02.

We will use enstore to write tapes in a format suitable for the FNAL tape robot.
