Nothing But Net Games

We have 18 games, 1 a week every week. (The rescheduled rain-out
game means an extra game some week.) All games are on the north
court (the usual one), except for Wed Jun 24th. No 5:30 games.
We play teams 2, 4, 5, 7 three times; teams 1, 3, 8 twice.

Bring bug spray!! :-) The mosquitos are out already.

If you suspect a rainout, call 231-6262 (King James Refuge), but don't
assume that if it is raining here that it is raining there.

Directions to King James

The King James Refuge is at 1200 W. Hawthorne Ln in West Chicago.
You must park in the parking lot and enter the Refuge through the bar.

The simplest directions are to take Rt 59 north, past Rt 38, and turn
left at Hawthorne Lane. Continue west, the Refuge will be just past
the railroad tracks.

Jay Bitter, the referee, mentioned that the railroad traffic has quadrupled,
which led in one case to a game being delayed by 25 minutes because players
were stuck on the east side of the tracks. (Just as one train slowly cleared
the tracks, another train came from the opposite direction.) Jay suggests people
take North Avenue, go past the tracks, then come south on Powis to Hawthorne.
