Wednesday night

Dear friends,
Brian had a wonderful day!  Even the spinal tap didn't seem to be as bad today
as it was on Monday.  He even took a few steps in the hallway.  He hasn't
walked in a week now.  He is weak and can't sit up or walk very much.  He was
awake most of the day.  Videos do distract him from his situation.  He loves
cars!  He plays with them on his bed when he is feeling good.

We've been taking a lot of photos-especially of the good times.  He went to a
Christmas party yesterday on the floor.  He cried most of the time there (15
minutes) but he got 2 presents that he liked.  He rode to the party in a
wheelchair with his IV in tow.  Santa came to his room later in the day.

He will probably be at that address for at least 3 more weeks.

We all feel blessed by all the prayers and support that we are receiving.  We
thank each one of you for helping us as we all fight this battle with Brian.
