Subject: Home for a week!!

Dear Friends and Family,

The greatest news!  They are home.  Left the hospital at noon.  Brian is in
great shape.  The doctors and nurses were rejoicing over their discharge.
This is the first time that Brian has been sent home feeling good.

Chemo was supposed to have started today, but everyone realized that a break
was needed by everyone involved--especially Brian.  The best part is that he
will not be getting sick during this break.  He is in remission and will start
the maintenance phase of chemo in 1 week.  Until then, he can expect to feel
good.

He may even gather enough strength to walk again!  He can stand, but not walk.
This delay will add more time at the end (may take us into Aug.), but this
time will be very good for Brian and his family.

Hopefully, e-mail will be quiet for a week.  Just know that they are home
resting and gathering strength for the next phase of treatment.  

Give thanks to our Heavenly Father for the blessing of this time of rest for
the Warnes.
