Subject: Brian is cancer-free!!!!!

Dear Friends and Family,

Rejoice!  Rejoice!  Prayers have been answered and the tests show that Brian
is cancer-free!  This is spectacular news and we are giving thanks and
celebrating!

The next 4 maintenance Chemotherapy treatments must still take place.  This is
to guarantee that the cancer will NEVER reoccur.  Brian will return Monday for
5 days of chemo.  It will be hard on everyone to see him have to go back, but
we all know that he is in God's hands.

This week has been better for Brian.  He has been eating and playing and
having fun.  He's been going out.  He went to church Sunday night to see his
choir perform and didn't want to leave!   He had a great time seeing everyone.
He has gained 1 1/2 pounds.  His sleeping has been interrupted by screaming.
Could be nightmares.  He is not on any pain medication and seems to be pain
free at this time.  He complains occasionally, but we think it may be a bit of
a habit at this point.  All and all this has been a great week.

We thank you for your steady prayer support.  We know that God is working
through all of you to see us through this cancer battle.  I can see each one
of you right now rejoicing with us.  We feel truly blessed.
