                        : Event with Vertex with two particles of at least 3 GeV each
                        : Event with two electrons matched to a track of at least 4.5 GeV each
                        : Of the above event - take the first two L3 electrons
                        : Em Fraction > 90%   Et > 20 GeV
                        : The two electrons have an invariant mass from 70 to 100 GeV
                        : L2 has matching EM objects with at least 80% of L3 energy
                        : L2 has matching EM object with at eta & phi with +/- 4  detector units
