My first track event was in Kingston, Ontario in the summer of 2000. Check out the track at Shannonville Motorsport Park. This is the flyer for the event, and some of my pics.
The second track event was called "Touring day" at Road America. It is a great track, but the organization for the event sucked. I'll never do that again, but I'm interested in club racing there. Some pics
The third event (8/6/00) was AutoCross in Utica, Illinois. If you don't know, AutoCross is like racing junior...low speeds with exceedingly tight turns. This event was run by the Wisconsin Porsche-owner's Club of America, so I was up against mostly 911/993's. As you can see from the results, I'm pretty much in the middle of the pack.

Almost all of them had race tires and I didn't, so I feel pretty good about my first autocross. Some pics
In the past two years, I have been in three other autocrosses and the 2001 Z car convention in, by coincidence, Kingston again! Great people up there.
