Postdoctoral

• DAQ shifter (once again)

  I was a Data Acquisition expert in Run I and I'm doing it again for Run II.

• Committee's, lower-management, etc.

  Committee work anyone? I don't know if this counts as physics but it is certainly time-consuming and certainly is a service. At some level, it is at least an honor to be selected. Here's the clip from my Curriculum Vitae:

    "Provided service to the DØ Collaboration by serving on several committees:
    Data Tier committee (designing the DST and thumbnail formats), L3 tracking 
    review committee, tracking algorithm review committee. Editorial Board (EB128) 
    for 630 photon cross section analysis."
  

Grad school

• MBR/DTUJet Czar

  These minbias Monte Carlo event generators don't get much use. Everybody just asks to use the data I've already generated...

• QCD Level 2 expert

  This was the software filter for Run I. In Run II, the analogous system is dubbed "Level 3".
