2009 Final Outing

All,

We are all set to enjoy a beautiful day tomorrow for the Final outing. We are starting at 8:00am sharp, so be there in plenty of time to find your cart and be ready to go out to your designated hole. I have attached a spreadsheet to this message showing which hole you will be starting on and that information will also be on your cart.

The format is stroke play. Everyone plays your own ball and keep your individual score. You will be playing against your season average for an individual league member prize. Also, we will be playing a team .Best ball contest in parallel with stroke play. In Best Ball play, you play your own ball and take the best individual score on each hole. That score added up is your .Best Ball. team total. So, there are two things going on, if you want to keep track of the Best Ball, you can, or Steve will figure it up when you turn in your individual scores at the end of play. There is a cash prize for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place Best Ball teams.

There are cash prizes on every hole. I am attaching a second sheet showing the money hole contests. All closest to the pin contests have to be on the green. Longest drive has to be in the fairway. Longest putt has to originate on the green.

Men will play from the Blue tees. Women will play from the Silver tees. Anyone who is 70 and over plays from the Gold tees.

I will post this info on my Arrowhead league page:
http://home.fnal.gov/~pml/Arrowhead.html
and We will bring some copies to the course tomorrow. If you know of anyone that doesn.t have e-mail let them know to be there for the 8:00am start. Everything else they can find out at the course.

We are allowing winter rules for play on this course. Use them (correctly) if you want, or don.t use them, just have fun and enjoy the day!

See you tomorrow,

Patrick & Mike
