CompHEP with batch interface

 
The standard version of CompHEP package with new batch mode
is available for the test at the enstore system enstore system.
You can take it at fsgi03.fnal.gov e.g.:
setup encp
encp /pnfs/patriot/PROGRAMS/CompHEP_V_41.10.tar.gz .

You need to unpack it (gzip -cd file.tar.gz | tar xvf - )
In the created directory, run ./mk_all
then (for the tcsh users)
setenv COMPHEP $PWD
At the next step, you need to create the working directory, anywhere
you want on the same computer. In that new directory run:
$COMPHEP/install

You are ready to run CompHEP :)

The numerical calculations you can run in the batch mode, without the GUI interface.
The batch.pl script is in your working directory or in $COMPHEP/.
If you can not run it, check the path to perl in the first line of the script or the
permission (chmod x batch.pl)
then run:
batch.pl --help
