This note describes the user's view of the D0DAD system providing irect ccess I/O to DØ ata. The User's Guide begins with instructions for reading data using the centrally maintained D0DAD files. Section  describes optional RCP parameters used to select or reject runs based on run or date. Section  explains how to compute the luminosity corresponding to the data in a given D0DAD file. Sections to describe utilities for creating D0DAD files, creating DST's from D0DAD files and examining the contents of D0DAD files.
