Speaker's instructions

The auditorium will be equipped with the standard presentation tools:

overhead projector for slides
paper board with pens
LCD projector for computer-aided presentations (ps, pdf, powerpoint)

We encourage you to prepare your talk in digital form, so that we can publish it on the web after the workshop is finished.

If you plan to make use of the LCD projector, please contact our staff during the workshop to try it out before your talk. You can do this during the coffee or lunch breaks, or after the day's talks.

It is also possible to send your presentation beforehand so that it can be copied onto our PC which will be connected to the LCD projector. Please send such files to royon@hep.saclay.cea.fr or, for very large files.

Please always bring a version of your talk on plain transparencies as back-up solution.
