Event Selection
We select W (Z) events by requiring at least one(two) EM clusters
and at least one (two) electrons that passes an electron id cuts.
For Z's we require at least one electron to have an associated track and forward
electrons always have to have an associated track.

The number of W and Z candidate events.
We select central electron by requiring :
- EM fraction > 0.9
- H-matrix chi2 < 100
- track match significance < 5
- electron isolation < 0.15
- | Zclus | < 108 cm
- | Ztrk | < 80 cm
- 10% phi cut on either side of CC module edge
We select forward electron by requiring :
- EM fraction > 0.9
- H-matrix chi2 < 200
- track match significance < 10
- electron isolation < 0.15
- 4-variable likelihood ration l4 < 4.0
- 1.5 < etadet< 2.5
We select the W sample by requiring :
- RECO versions in the range [12.13,12.25]
- EM1_EISTRKCC_MS trigger
- neither MICRO_BLANK nore MRBS_LOSS conditios should be true
- pt(e) > 25 GeV (CC) or pt(e) > 30 GeV (EC)
- pt(nu) > 25 GeV (CC) or pt(nu) > 30 GeV (EC)
- pt(W) < 15 GeV
- | Zvtx | < 100 cm
We select the Z sample by requiring :
- RECO versions in the range [12.13,12.25]
- EM2_EIS2_HI trigger
- two electrons with pt(e) > 25 GeV (CC) or pt(e) > 30 GeV (EC)
- 60 < mee < 120 GeV
- | Zvtx | < 100 cm
- at least one electron has a track, and a forward electron always has a track.
