Recoil Resolution
The width of the peta balance and the pxi balance (where the xi axis is perpendicular to the eta axis) is sensetive to the recoild resolution. We use the same recoil resolution for EC W's as for the CC W events
and check that peta balance is in good agreement between data and Monte Carlo for all Z topologies.
