Status of FPD_UNPACK

- Already implemented:

1) FPDDigiChunk: container for hit fibers and it's ADC counts

2) FPDUnpMapping: mapping between electronic channels and fibers

- Ongoing work:

1) FPDDigi2Raw: framework package that creates RAW data from Digi data.

2) FPDRaw2Digi: framework package that creates Digi data from RAW data.

- Milestones:

Expect to have the full package ready for P13

PS: Still missing GEOMETRY, CALIBRATION and ALIGNMENT
